I agree about not discriminating against the North

What about the museum at RAF Cosford near Telford (OK not exactly North but easily accessible from Preston - where we all know, most BXs in the UK now reside)

Only about 2.5 hours from me, so positively nearby!
Vanny made some good points about the organisation - If we can arrive the evening before and have a camp over, that will encourage a bit of 'bonding' and atmosphere rather than turning up for the day.
Prescott hill climb maybe?

I quite fancy the Mallory Park idea, just down the road from me

I'll probably be up for most places within a couple of hrs drive from Chesterfield & if the weather is nice

May have found a site for a BX Rally, im waiting on further details,but the site is just outside Reading, Berks, not far off the M4 ,(juc 11) will update when i get further details,

Ooh that's far up North. Not. Mind you if it's a good enough venue....

... but I thought we were trying to find a central location that was relatively equidistant between the members (and there are many) further north than the Midlands?

Way too far South for me. Sounds like the general comments have been ignored/brushed to one side. Would have been a nice day/weekend out if it wasn't too far away from Preston.

What about Hull ! it's fairly central to most of our current membership

but then there is Preston over to the left, so somewhere between Hull and Preston must be the centre of the BX world.

ok, i thought it a good idea to attempt to organise a BX rally,maybe i miss judged! if a BX rally is to be held up North, thats fine, So, who will organise it? and where/when?
sorry,but i won't be persuing the rally idea anymore, its over to you chaps now
