Try fans, those are tyco/AMP econoseal (possibly sureseal) connectors, IP65 rated i think, so somewhere that will take a pounding. I'm 90% sure it isn't for a ford

IP65 rated i think
Very likely - the green bit is effectively a triple 'o' ring so possibly somewhere where a fluid is not supposed to get in or out - and quite a substantial clip to stop the connector falling out.

Given the grade of connectors, simplicity of connections and the big relays, my money is on a fan controller too.
