Italian market 16RS

Does anyone know the european spec for the Rs model .Mine is a 1988 estate.It doesnt have electric windows,no central locking,no power steering and it doesnt have a glove box, instead its got a pop up flap ontop of the dashboard infront of the passenger and where the UK glove box is normally it has open shelves?Just wondered if this is normal Euro spec or specifically for the Italian market?

From looking at the other models i've seen and the brochures that seems right, my mate Jon Self has a C reg Mk1 16RS estate (french spec) and that has keep fit windows.

What are keep fit windows? Are they the ones that are fixed and dont wind down?
