Iam sure theyare for a citroen CX , i have the same ones in my garage , thety were in my father's citroen cx !

A mk1 CX, that's interesting as I thought they couldn't be from a 2CV as I've had one of those and it didn't look right.

i thought CX when i saw them. I'm sure i've seen them in a brochure or on a CX on ebay or something.

I think they were a standard design for all mid/late seventies Cits - just the fitting varied from car to car. Those look like CX series 1 to me.

There's a pair on ebay at the moment - they do look good if you've got the right car to put them on (which lets me out!)

Cheap and cheerful and not the genuine article but as proper BX flaps are rare as hens teeth these days I thought they might do the job (they only get trashed anyway if you use your car everyday) Would they fit a BX do you think?

Not as 'OT' as you might think - most BXs only go upto '10' but mine goes up to '11';
