i reccon thats got to go as it wouldnt have been on an Estate, especially if there isnt one for the other door. Wrong model for that in my book.

It'll be staying for as long as that door does. I love it.

New caliper and boot struts ordered, so hopefully I'll soon have a BX that doesn't have binding brakes and doesn't keep dropping the tailgate on my head!

it is great! and you will have the other door to match soon, I would love to get a set made up to put back on the DTR but I doubt it would be possible/cost effective.

I reckon if you could get a decent enough photo of the graphics (and very accurate dimensions), I could create a black and white version which a specialist printer could work with. I would be surprised if the cost of creating a set would be more than £50 ea.

Same goes for any 'accessorie' graphics.

Very true Phil. My last BX was covered in stickers, but I don't think that cost more than about £30 IIRC. The graphic fitted sadly covers a lot of corrosion, so it will need replacing at some point.

The drivers door is in better nick than the passenger and I will be bringing that to the X Rally, bring your camera!

I've just got one for the doors on the GS. I've not tried it yet, but I'll bring it along

I've generally found disassembling cars only tends to draw a crowd of interested onlookers. If you want to upset people try painting your car, or fitting an elevating roof to a van in the middle of a rally field...

There's an idea, we could all lend a hand to paint Dollywobbler's car. It would seem fitting to use brush paint...
