After some hesitation admittedly ;) we have decided to go and not wimp out. See you at Ower Services around 10am. We'll bring the Red Baron too.

Given that the CCC convoy will probably be exiting J3 on the M27 and heading for Beaulieu via Totton keep an eye out for the BXers heading south from J2 (Ower services are north of the junction) on the A326... The timing might co-incide if we're lucky; at around 10:30 our paths could converge :)

This torrential rain would surely be the perfect shakedown test for the amphiBX!!

Weather is due to start dry(ish) down here tomorrow before steadily getting worse! If I do swing by Ower on the way there, I don't think it'd be wise to leave any later than 9:30am as the gates open then (meaning you can get a better spot by the museum etc) and the weather is due to deteriorate during the day.

So I might see some of you guys at Ower on route at half 9 ish. :)

Well that was fun. Weather was just fine; only one light shower at lunchtime (when we were under cover anyway).

I can recommend a visit to Beaulieu.

Agreed, it was a very enjoyable day.

Good to meet some old and new French car fans.

Apologies for awful camera quality - not sure what's going on with it!
