I remember now -

KevR bought and paid for an alternator and a starter motor, which Tim picked up.

When Tim picked them up he dropped off three alternators for Electrokid for further collection, which didn't happen.

Last week when I was trying to work out whose kit it was, Kev's messages in my inbox were the only ones that mentioned alternators, so I thought they were his.

Anyway, Brian is picking the lot up today, along with some other BX-related bits which sadly I don't think I'll ever need again. I'm sure these will be put to good use.

Ah, so that clears up the mystery of where my spare alternator and starter came from!
