Funny you should mention the parking 'sensor' (as I call it), as we had an A4 Sheet in the car stating what it was all about, and at the bottom it said that we'd left the parking sensor on to give people something to moan about...

No no no Ian!

Two days after we got it delivered back to us, it had passed it's MOT! From the CCC Forum:
GT Update 2.
Well following the first update about it starting up and running I left you hanging about the MOT that was today. Unfortunately it did fail which was a bit disappointing, however after topping up the washer bottle as there was no water, it passed!

(Ah, I bet that got you going didn't it!)
Although it passed fine, dad thought that there was a slight flatspot on one of the tyres so four brand new Michelin's have been ordered for it - somehow I think that this one is a "keeper"!! It'd actually look very nice next to his '75 (N Reg) Gold CX come to think of it...
Any other BX'ers going to the DSM Rally (8-10th June) - two weekends away and that could be a nice first outing for it I suppose...
Drove perfectly down to Little Horwood on Sunday (goes well too!). An update in that it has now just topped the 6,000 Miles mark and will be going undercover having done it's one CCC appearance - dad plans to do a couple of local shows but otherwise it is going under the cover in the barn.
