I've printed off a copy of the route for everybody - but will plot it on a map and print that too before Saturday.

I can't get the week off I'm afraid 
But am hopeful to get get a few days off so I can join you for the interesting bits (to me) on the West coast. I've done JOG before so ticked it off the list although would have been nice to take the BX up there. Fingers crossed I can find you in the wilderness

He's not able to make it - similar problems to me with being unable to get the time off work. I wish they'd just make a decision at my place, as I don't want to get my hopes up and start packing until I know for sure! I am determined not to miss it though if at all possible.

I've got GPS on my iPhone Mat, so I'll send you the latitude and longitude co-ordinates and grid map ref.

It is a shame more aren't coming, but at the same time it's good that there's a mix of members of previous Challengers and first timers. I'm off to cut a plate to weld into my rear wing now!

Paul and Tim are aiming to arrive at my house sometime around 2pm. They're having a breather and then we are heading up the A6, through Kendal and onwards towards Shap and ultimately Penrith.
I know Sandre and Chris (Xemes) won't be arriving at Gretna until 6 pm (ish).
If we all stay in touch via mobile phones/FB whatever.
