I think so. This has to be one of the easiest electrical updates possible for the car: cut one wire, and add a variable resistance. It also operates with the original relay untouched.

I have to agree , having a varied intermittent option is a brilliant improvement to any vehicle. Driving a vehicle without the option is tedious.
