Finally ticked Cosford off my list a couple of days ago. Epic!! Would definitely go again sans kids so I can spend a day reading shit.

I'll organise a trip to RAF Cosford as a pre Christmas meet up. Be a nice diversion from the tinsel & turkey.

Given the smallness of the 'window', we're not gonna get the full dream team whichever date you pick - although I can do either date, I'd say 15th (sorry Mark), 22nd is probably too close for people with family - and I should think traffic will be fairly hideous that weekend as people will be travelling for the break ...

Afterthought: Cosford *was* originally Mark's idea, so if Xmas event has to be 15th, then Cosford could maybe be early Feb sometime when the Christmas rush and recovery are over and OMG-will-winter-never-end depression has set in.

I don't mind if people want to visit RAF Cosford in my absence. I've been already, just after Maggie opened the Cold War exhibit. Early February sounds good though.

Cosford can be rescheduled for any time, 30th Anniversary BX meetings at the Conservatoire, not so easy
