Anyone fancy a run over to France next year for the Le Mans 24 hr? 15-16 June.

Its 2 weeks before the CCC Ecosse

Give the cars a good shake down run. Always fancied going to Le Mans, apparently things get really interesting at 2 am when the Dutch and Germans get really hammered!! Just the sight, sounds and smells of endurance cars going full pelt for 24 hrs stirs something in my soul. Shouldn't be too expensive, cost of eurotunnel, fuel, camping and food/booze, well booze, I suppose food can be an option!!
Re the Ecosse Challenge, we need to try and put an hr or so aside at the CXM to plan a route that is agreeable to everyone.

" Travel Destinations" are listing ticket prices from £117 Inc camping, admission and travel for four people in one car. Anyone interested in going?

Interested, just way too far ahead to commit to at this time. sCCCotland is a no-brainer, wouldn't miss it for the world!

Hmmm, always wanted to go & no better way than in a valver, a bit too early to commit to it though, when do tickets have to be bought by?

Travel Destinations, an authorised ticket seller are doing packages inc camping, admission etc for £117 for four people in one car, if you book and confirm with a deposit before 28 TH September you pay at 2012 prices. Don't know how much of a deposit they would need, but I'll ring them tomorrow and make enquiries.
