Something I keep promising to get to and never have. What are the details for 2013?

Its on the 4th and 5th May at Haarlem which is very close to Amsterdam – about an hour's drive from Hook of Holland (which can be accessed by the ferry from Harwich). Alternatively its just over three hours drive from Calais. I believe there's camping very near by... I stayed on one of the recommended sites many years ago for an International Veteran Cycle Rally.

Citromobile website wrote:The theme for 2013 will be: "Citroën and Woman".
As the event has apparently been a hug success for 16 years, I think I'm thinking  ?!

EDIT: afterthought, or possibly :D

I'll have to check, but I think I already have the time off, and may follow it with a trip down France for either the 2CV national or if I get the shaker rebuilt in time the Michaux bicenteneray rally.

This sounds fun not far from newcastle by boat and I'm off that weekend so I may make that.
If anyone wants to come up to mine and cross with me let me know.

DFDS from Dover for me - they have a special offer on at the moment so I'd better get the plans sorted out!

Right, checked my shifts and I'm off for this weekend but working the following one, so this'll be a long weekend away for me.

In case any of you want to tag along this is the ferry I've just booked:

DFDS - Depart Dover on May 3rd at 08:00
Return Dunkirk on May 6th at 18:00

Using the offer code E13EBO (valid until the 14th, and gives a 20% discount) I got the above for a total of £56, which was at least £30 less than the tunnel. I picked the times because with around 200 miles either side of the channel to drive, these were the best times I could book at the cheapest rate.

I'l be taking Timex over (probably the last big run before it swaps places on the drive with the GS for it's summer tidy up) and depending on how flush I am nearer the date I'll either be finding a local camp site or kipping in the back in a layby somewhere!
