I flushed the hydraulics with hydraflush and cleaned the filters. In return, I've now got a significant low pressure leak. Seems to be emanating from behind the engine.

Bugger - some of that's fun to reach too! At least most of it's straight forward to repair once you've reached it (IIRC), the exception being the rubber collar on the PAS ram that the return pipe connects to - that's NFP :(

That'll be the old favourites of the octopus or the security valve then? :(

I'll be sorting that out once I'm back from Ireland.

Just back from France (enjoyed checking out some fine eateries and great roads in the Lot et Garonne). This holiday reminded me just how big France is, and simply drawing a route map fails to reflect the distances involved. The Challenge eschews the Péage (toll roads) and in most instances avoids the auto routes. This means each day's drive is a full day - so reasonably early departures each morning mean we'll have a chance to see more, stop more often and stand a chance of arriving at each overnight stop before they shut the gates! ;) The Challenge is now about 10 months off. The clock is ticking... Time to get planning your car's preparation. (Or in my case, time to actually get the car! - "What happened to the ZX?" I hear you ask... nothing, but.... well, watch this space!)...

:D :D :D And how few other cars there are using those old RN roads compared to the UK roads. I'm fine-tuning the dash south in a couple of weeks. Air-con re-gassed, new sunglasses..., can't wait! 8)

Split pipe running off the front height corrector. Dave Ashworth sorted it for me.
