I forgot to mention, when you take the intercooler off, there is a rubber seal at the far right hand side of the intercooler, make sure that doesn't fall off behind the engine. If its damaged (it can get oil on it over time & then degrade, make sure you replace it, otherwise the seal at that end isn't airtight which can affect the pressure going into the engine etc....
