Agreed, but if the way you deal with life is chaotic, you don't perceive the consequences of poor personal admin. I think my point is that if you recognise the need for time and dedication to complete transactions properly, then it's impossible to understand why someone would willingly alienate a significant proportion of people who might otherwise be customers.
