I got to page 4 and got bored. Is there a rally? If so when, where and how much?

Cheers Paul :) Bit far for me to be honest, but it looks good value and I know the TVR guys like the location - they've just had a meet there.

edit (second one): Just checked Google maps and it's not as far as I thought. Why do I always think of Hull when I see 'Lincs'?

Put me down as a maybe.

If you needed any further incentive to get those polishing cloths out - here it is! I picked up the X-rally assorted gongery this morning; trophies for best CX, XM, BX and Xantia plus medals for 2nd and 3rd. There's a ( soon to be legendary) X-rally 'Best of Show' shield for the best example of drop-dead automotive shininess that in the opinion of the judges is the car most worthy of nicking. :)

There's an added mystery prize for 'Shed of the Show', so probably best to leave the polish on the shelf if you fancy your chances for that. Although if shed of the show is on your shopping list, you probably don't actually own any polish. Bon chance! :)

Yep, I've been deliberately not polishing Timex for this one after I was robbed last year - the wheel trims look single colour at the moment

I did consider making a trophy from the exhaust box that fell off Timex on the way back from the X rally last year, but then realised there was a very good chance I'd end up taking it back with me. The master plan (if I can stick to it and not buy too many other cars) includes a make over for Timex later this year, so this may be my last chance (with this car in any case).

I'm afraid there isn't Mickey, but everyone - regardless of marque - will be in the frame for 'Shed of the Show' - so fingers crossed . . . you never know. :D
