It was only a matter of time I suppose. Out of interest, do we know what model those spheres were originally intended for? My guess would be standard BX hatchback, as IIRC the TD's GTi's and Estates generally had stiffer settings, and I know the 14's were softer set then the rest of the range (same as GS).

If so then backspin to prior setting. We need to frequent those who can do or buy a rig for club access.

Putting the Part no. in their search facility brings it up as 1.9 Diesel Saloon.

I suppose that makes sense - stiffer than the non GTi petrols due to the heavier engine, but not as stiff as the TD and GTi models, so from their point of view good compromise.

Since the pot holes have got so bad around here recently and my spheres are a little old I've been playing around with them and trying to decide which would give the best absorption of sudden bumps...

Is there any consensus about the best spheres for pot hole riding on the BX?
