If you take the spray arm tube off, it can be unblocked very easily. At one end is a plastic lug, this can be prized off & then you can fully clean out all the crud, the holes i just use a needle to push through any gunk. Unless it was broken, you don't need a new one, perhaps do the above before fitting your new one, always handy to have one spare when the old one does eventually fracture due to age.
