£550 1 owner genuine 48000 miles needs work mainly welding around the back end of sills and dear floorpan,starts on the button,lifts,stops,excellent interior, new wishbones and front brakes, would recommend a full and thorough check of the hydraulics,brakes and full engine service Inc cambelt, original grey handbook and some history 2 keys, previously owner by a little old lady lady in Suffolk who never went further than 10 miles, good tyres 6-7mms tread on Michelin and avons, elec windows x4 all work,central locking does not work from drivers door
Light accident damage to front end which has had replacement bonnet wings and grill no structural damage both bumpers also replaced
Needs saving, polishing and a nice set of alloys,will make a nice rare bx with some tlc,barely run in at that mileage, pm me if you need more info
I just haven't got the time of inclination to finish IT and a shoulder injury isn't helping
Viewing is recommended near Spalding

Hi Tim yes it would be ideal if I could find the time, the red tzd is still in a thousand pieces and progressed zero in the last year,ive too many other jobs to do in other places
I need £500 for it whether I sell or break, it's what it owes me
I went out and run it up last weekend after standing for 18 months good as gold lifted and settled in 30secs,
I had big plans for it like fitting a 206gti180-6 lump in it and fitting some nice alloys and window tints but I just can't see it happening
At the mo it's sat in my middle paddock looking very sorry for itself and no doubt the rust worms will be gnawing at it
For someone who knows their bx's it would be an easy project it's mainly rust lots of small jobs and general servicing of all the systems, I certainly wouldn't write it off
The car had a good early life from what I can gather but has deteriorated somewhat in the last ten years or so, nothing new there I guess
I've taken pics of the worst areas and can email them to any interested

I would be interested in the engine if you do break it.

How much welding is needed

Not an enormous amount but a fair few small patches worst bein back ends of both sills inner and outers.

Been let down twice on the sale of this, I'm fed up with timewasters
Open to sensible offers
It needs to go asap
To a good home
