Im feeling sad, my trusty TZD goes off to pastures new tomorrow, I need the cash though and I did buy it purely for the Challenge, so it goes on to its new owner in all its challenge regalia! mechanically its spot on, the bodys tidy and the rusty bits arent too rusty now.

Reminds me of travelling through the alpine regions on the challenge when Mat broke into a superb rendition of " the hills are alive" over the airwaves on the C.B. radio, surely a highlight of the challenge. Well apart from "ugga bugga"!!

Ive had two TRS auto, one mk1 and one mk2, both now scrapped sadly due to rampant rust.

Well the Jubilee allows me two days to fiddle with the DTR ready for the MOT, once its roadlegal I will get the new quarter panel fitted and the rest of the paintwork done ready for the ICCCCCCRRRRRR

Im going away for the jubilee, but I have just heard that on July 9th they are closing the A5 at Dunstable from 6.30 am until 10.15 because some twat wants to run along the road holding a firey torch.
That part of the A5 is always very busy on a Monday morning and if theres any problems on the M1 guess where all the traffic go's.
Last time there was a crash on the M1 it took me 1 hour and 45 minutes to travel 16 miles to get the kids to school
