i'll be up for that as well, have to see how the bx behaves but should be o.k.

meeting point has it been decided yet? what about cherwell services on the M40 which is the silverstone junction then we can go on up the A43 and join the m1 to derby?

Sounds good to me. The Gt is now pretty much done so I will at leats have one car road legal.

If you manage to organise something and i am mobile i will attend.

It would be great to meet some of the characters that inhabit this vertual world. :roll:

A lot of you have helped me to appreciate the BX in a way that i was begining to think didn't exist.

A get together and a BBQ is the way to go i think.

I will think about a venue and if i come up with a reasonable suggestion i will let you know.

Must go and have a long soak my ageing body is not what it used to be and i don't think it ever will be again.

Im on a "no bonus month" but theres petrol in the tank of the GT and its taxed and insured, so will bring sandwiches and not visit the giftshop lol

ah fuel won't be problem for me being in the td club :) but still need discs and pads front and rear n/s/rear arm bearing, ball joints, front arm bushes and drop links :(

they is a first in there of a bx 14 in 83. :)
