OPEC is all powerful, no doubt thats where the ceramic engine sits too, collecting dust.
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

I dunno wot mopeds [50cc] are,or if there is a separate tax bracket from 50 to 125cc .......I aint had one for years.
Most modern bikes [ie, "new/straight outa the showroom"] now run fuel injection ...........two strokes are rapidly being phased out.
