Actually to be fair I think just about everybody can help with all manner of things to check for, body and mechanical.

Mcbride, welcome along and perhaps post up your findings about the car when you've been to see it and ask for opinions on any faults you may have found and the price etc.
Hope it is a good one and you end up buying it, they're cracking cars.

BZ purchase

Hi, all, yes purchased car on Saturday and drove home, lovely, it is a colour I have not seen on a BX before, it is a really dark maroon, drive well with 128,000 on the clock a bit of minor rust. Will need to get the spheres checked, they do not seem to go down.. Regards Allie
