A Beaut: a TZD Turbo Estate on eBay

Post by Philip Chidlow »

Just about the best BX listing I can remember seeing. Anyone who's after a BX could do a lot worse than this:

http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/1992-CITROEN-BX17 ... 0448972878
• 1992 Citroen BX TZD Turbo Hurricane
• 2006 Xsara Picasso 1.6 16v

Agreed, thats a cracking listing.

TizzyD with no ABS though??? Thats odd isn't it?
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Hmm on a 1992 I thought it was standard by then but some of the 90/91 didnt have it as standard, plus they had a grey interior ala 19TZD/S
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....

I had a J reg TZD turbo estate just like this one. No ABS, the ride was always a bit hard but it's worst characteristic was stopping, it would slide into anything, especially Mondeo's

Back to Black

now sold for £550.. anyone on here? Looks like a lovely one. I think the red looks great against the black, esp. with the black looking closer to factory black than any other BX i've seen.

Its my dad that bought it. I added it to his watch list knowing his soft spot of the nice shiny BX and it worked! Have to see when hes going to pick it up. Been a good week this week, ZX 16v and now this beauty!
