Ahh, so that is the reason why my Activa brakes are so rubbish then. Someone took the pump away and put an ignition coil in it's place
Even worse, my TD Xantia has not got one either, the hole is blanked off
Mind you, he is not completely wrong though. Many XUD powered Pugs and the like with conventionaly brakes did indeed use this same pump to provide vacuum to the brake servo.
