If it's ok with Oscar - and if you can arrange with Mulley...

Matthew has 3 duff alternators I'm going to have a look at when I can get hold of them and when I have the time to look - there's no urgency - but if the alternators can get to you in time and if you could leave them with Oscar then I can pick them up from him sometime. Dartford is 50 miles from me but it's an easy journey - used to be my daily commute for a while so it's no problem for me.

Oscar's got a few bits and pieces for me (rear lights, starter, alternator) that I haven't got round to picking up yet. If they were not a million miles from Loughborough it might be more convenient... When you say 'Midlands', which bit do you mean...?

I go to loughborough every Monday evening Kev and live 14 miles from it anyway.

Result! Now all that's needed to make it perfect is if you get there via the A6 and go through Hathern! Do you know Nick Cordiner (of Sutton Cordiner 2CV who used to have a workshop at Burton on the Wolds)? He lives in Hathern, just off the A6. Garage and garden stuffed with interesting Citroens...

No I dont sorry. I could go via Hathern, but it will be one Monday evening (after 7)
