BX TXI Stainless Steel Exhaust.

Dear All.
Her highness is at the moment still on axlestands, with the centre
silencer resting on the floor.
I will be putting the exhaust back on her tomorrow, so that I can get
her off the axlestands and get her ready to go to a specialist stainless
steel exhaust centre to have a new system fitted by the specialists in
their own workshop
For the time being she is only having a new stainless system from the
cat back, they will want the car for either a morning or an afternoon to
complete the work, which is really very good
I think it will be £ 350.00 very well spend indeed as I don,t really like
keeping a car for alot years with rusting exhausts every 3 years if you
know what I mean
I think next summer when I start doing my daughters old Renault
Megane up and sorting a few problems on it and then cleaning it all up
again for the 2nd time and putting a years MOT on the megane and
then putting it up for sale, after it has sold then I will go and get the
new stainless steel frontpipe for the BX
Well I think that is it for now away,

I do take them on board and enjoy doing this

Vince, is it not worth a try just phoning the origional place that was going to supply the system rather than keep emailing them

Dear Susan.
I saw some lovely photo,s of your BX, it is a lovely colour yours
and I would like to say as many have done already, welcome to being
in the " club "
I know what you mean, I only E-Mailed them once, when I realised my
mistake, which was about 4.30 pm, it takes me along time to type E-Mails
as I tend to rabbit on a bit Then I had to E-Mail them again about 5pm
as I had started the first message with the guys correct name, only to get
it wrong halfway through and having to apologise for getting his name wrong
I have the phone number for them, but with having Huntingtons Chorea
my brain is rubbish, short-term memory is non existant and my speech
is quite slurred, I am so embarrsed, which is why I have to do everything
by E-Mail if you understand I can,t speak to anyone on the phone
these days, Shari has to do all the phone calls, as I get very easlly led.
Anyway Susan I must zip.
