you can remove an ignition lock without the key or damage to the steering column,
just loads of PERCY WHAT SIT, and just chip/chisel the center out then gradually work you way the the outside of the lock
i have done this many times without any damage to the column what so ever,
depends whether you use a small chisel or a bolster

As its got speedlines you can guaratee the scrap yard took the wheels off so may be worth contacting them to see if they will sell them?
Lots of Motors, mostly semi broken....
