A lot of the eastern-europeans buy cars over here and take them "home" because by percentage of earnings they're pittance here!

I presume he means the bumpers (fenders are what we call the wings !). Hope he used a decent plastic primer or it'll all fall off pretty soon.- front & back fenders newly painted
