Basically they had been spaced out before I bought them, to suit wider discs. But the spacers only had a seal on one side, so chances are they would have leaked when fitted to the car. Unfortunately the recess on one side of the spacer is too deep top allow another to be machined on the other side, so 20-odd quid on a set of new spacers and seals
