The way the price is going on that I think you`ll need to sell your flat, never mind the Triumph!

Ive been told the drivers door hinge has come away from the a pillar, and then been welded badly, is it a big job to fix? As its taken the shine off it a bit!

Shes all mine guys I get her back tomorrow, not in as bad state as I feared! Needs the bumpers painting, a good clean but thats about it! Im so happy!!!

This time we arent parting company! :D

However it means I have a 19TZS Auto which needs a new owner, I paid £25 for it as you all know, it needs the front bumper sorting and 2 flexi hoses for the MOT (expired) and a seatbelt anchorage (supplied)

On the plus side it has no rust, inside or out only done 75k and runs very well the suspensions so soft too! and has a sunroof deflector Its mucky though! If someone want to give me what I paid for it then its yours, I will even help you shift it if needs be.

But its not going for spares as its FAR too good for that, Cavmad? anygood?

Yes, well done Tim. Glad you`re getting it back and I know you`ll care for it so nice one!
I would take your old car off but storage is against me and it would end up going for spares rather than being saved which would probably be a shame. I`ve got to the point here where cars are being crushed now for the sake of simple repairs as it`s becoming uneconomic to repair them now, though I always try and save BX`s. It`s more modern stuff that I`ve been getting crushed recently. There`s an `M` reg Omega automatic estate going soon-MOT`d and everything but if the potential buyer hasn`t showed by Friday latest it`ll be another car lost forever.
It`s actually worse for bigger cars because the scrap price is good at the moment.

Anyhow as I say well done on landing the 16V, I shall look forward to seeing that especially when it`s done. Hopefully sometime late tomorrow I`ll have one myself to go with the one in my lock up.

I have some pictures on my phone showing the extent of the rust! :?
