Little harsh I reckon. The car looks very tidy! It may be an old bone underneath, you won't know until you get on all fours.
Someone puts an ad on ebay and everyone slags them off for being dumb/not writing enough.
Someone writes a lengthy ad and everyone shoots them down in flames too. Ok its a bit colourful and big. Its like reading a kids book and the actual text is just sales speak. But the car might be worth a look, although I imagine someone will buy it for the controls, rather than being an actual BX.
Ok the 19TZS is no where near the best BX, but to sell stuff to people you don't know, you lie. Simple, thats selling.

"No one ever doubted there reliability the only criticisms levelled against them was the interior was considered to be rather drab and the exterior a little dated""
This really is nonsense. The only different interior is the Mk 1 interior, and while some may consider it ergonomically flawed and fidly, it was far from "drab", often being reffered to as quirky.
It does look very smart though, especially with those late type bumpers.

Well its the same pretty much as a 19GT, or a 19TRS isn't it? And they are average cars at best. I loved the mk1 GT but I know as a car its quite flawed. Economy isn't great, performance isn't earth shattering, it doesn't like to start when hot etc. Still liked it though.tim leech wrote:Kitch your walking on dodgy ground slagging off the 19TZS isnt he Sleepy lol!

as a proud owner of many a bx......
and for the past three years a 19tzs owner....
in eye catching cream........
i always thought that it was the "citroen bx" in all its various shapes and sizes that was important.......
the bx was, as i remember, was first and foremost a utilitly vechile made for the masses..........
you might have issues with how this tzs is being sold.......
but at the end its another example of the bx.......
a citroen bx......
which we all own.....

I`ll have a pint of whatever he`s been drinking. I don`t need to tell anyone that I`m a huge Vauxhall fan but the Mk2 Astra being the best car they ever made?
Give me a 16V GTE, or even an eight valve, and I`ll love it to death but I don`t think many would agree that the Astra Mk2 was Vauxhall`s finest hour.
Reliability I`ll give him that (because they were extremely reliable) but I sort of get the feeling he using some eBay guide to ott descriptions
