If it's not a model that was sold in the UK I was just thinking about the insurers putting it with (1.9) Gti bracket - despite it being a 1.6.
I'll get my coat.

Phils got a point.
I've just tried to insure it and can only get it insured as a 16TXI not TZI. Probably wouldnt make any difference in reality though.

Guys, Irish registration certs show the make and model, not the "sub-model". ie. it will just say "Citroen BX" - no mention of TZI. If you were to re-register that car with the DVLA, it would be up to you to put them right as to whether it was a 1.6 TZI, TRI, TXS, TZS or whatever

have kept an eye on this the seller has lowered his reserve and now has 6 bids and is up to 400 euro this could be tempting.....

i decieded to go max £350 but it went for £427
however the highest bidder was of zero feedback so you never know!
