Spotting a BX is getting a very rare thing.

I hardly see as many as I used to. I would say that I see 1 on my drive to work, about 1 in 20 times that I drive to work, and its sometimes the same one. One thing that gets me is that you hardly ever see them on the motorway.
Mike your right too, you dont see many cars on the same plate as BX's are anyway. Its amzing how quickly the Mk1 Mondeo populated our roads in the mid 90's, and now you rarely see them.

It would be interesting to know what car is mostly represented on the uk roads from the BX era.
One car that remains in good numbers on the road is the pug 205, a car similar in age and price to the BX at the time.

I still see a few around, I followed a K reg white tizzydee hatch back down the main road near my house yesterday and someone in the ind est next door runs around in a red version of the same car.
And theres still that awesome looking F reg GTi on my rounds in Waterlooville. Very clean car that, and a rare colour.

I'm afraid mine looks a bit weather-beaten these days but it's still just as reliable as ever even after 14 years of ownership. It was around this time of year just before Christmas in 1992 when I bought it. I thought I would just have her for a few years but she just seems to go on and on. It was the first car I ever owned so it's got a certain sentimental value for me.
