Sorry, I don't speak Chinese. Invade Australia? (Without sounding racist most people in my neighbourhood are Chinese) I worry about the local bakery here. It's called "The Swiss Bakehouse" and you know what? They're all Chinese. Nuff said.

Mulley, gotta love the food. The reason I'm...erm....slightly rounded is from all the fine Swiss quisine. We cook here like we're in Switzerland....maybe a bit more abundantly and I'm a good chef when it comes to Swiss dishes.

Bring on the rosti . Last time i had some swiss cooking was at Betty's in Harrogate & my mum of course, as she's an excellent cook.....my mouth's starting to water already....
