Lol, at 6'6", for all I can *just* fit a sunroof BX comfortably, the 205 with sunroof is rather less ideal. And it leaks, despite having clear tubes...
To reiterate, David was right to qualify that 'if'; I am comitted to David's car if that proves do-able, David, I'll speak to you soon hopefully.

Is anyone going to bid? I'm tempted. But if I did go for it, I will be asking for Club member's help (not financial) to sort it, and I will only ever sell to a) someone who's helped 'restore' it, or b) another Club Member. It all depends, of course, on how much it reaches. I have a budget.
The first thing to sort would be the car's mechanicals, which on the face of it will need looking at considering its age. But, pretty soon we will need to sort the rust, so (with Tim's GT example in mind) we need voulunteers/a friendly bodyshop
I would love it, but the reason I sold that 14E leader was because I didnt have a garage for it and it was to sit out all winter, lets hope this finds a sympathectic owner and a garage.
I cant imagine anyone would buy it "just as a runabout"?
I think once sorted it'd be a shame not to use it. It needs any patina it has to be retained, and - like an old Dyane or 2CV - would look good with a 'lived in' appearance in my opinion. It'd benefit from being used and maintained well, I'm sure. Age is it's worst enemy - and I imagine it's not just the doors that are rusty, (salt will have seen to that) - so once tidied and suitably protected underneath, it's not exactly going to degrade much quicker than being left for weeks on end in a garage somewhere. Having said that, if I got it I'd rent a lock up for it!
Ren16TX, post an advert up for your car on here, someone will be interested I bet you.
Philip, sorting the bodywork out on that blue BX would be a doddle, least the door bottoms would be anyhow.
