Well, seeing it's in a specialist Citroen breakers I suspect another wheel/tyre could be found and if the leak wasn't too bad (I couldn't find it with a brief look from the in front of the car) I guess so. An hour spent there with it should see it ready to roll, I'm sure. If the leak can be located on the ramp there, and a fix made, that'd make better sense maybe.
I don't think the exhaust is blowwing at all badly, but apparently it does need one. The rust and small hole at the rear of the n/s sill as it meets the arch will need looking at but I've seen much worse.
I don't know if I mentioned, the car's in need of a good clean!!!
I'd love to be a part of saving the car, but circumstances mean I can't even store it now.

I'm out of the running too, my heart says yes but with a strip of the TZD and build off the TGD Turbo, I have neither the time or money.
Needs to be saved though.

Any idea when the MOT runs till?
Could you find out the REG and PM it to me?
Could you check on where the leak is from and ideally the more details the better, could it be an easy fix?
WHEN does it need to go by? I MAY be able to do soemthing but not for a couple of weeks maybe! Need to speak to the insurance people (i would hate to see a quote on it, but i may be able to do it!), all in all i REALLY want a new challenge and another car to look after would be awesome
Just have to find me a Uni Parking permit and i know just where it can stay
I assume TAX is £175? Or does it fall into a funny category being a 4x4?

MOT is up to Jan 2007. I'll phone Mark tomorrow and get some more info if I can. PLEASE phone him yourself about timing, as I'm really busy at the mo and can't guarantee to be as 'on the case' as I should!
I think I'll try and get him to get it up on the ramp asap for that leak diagnosis...

Philip, I'd be interested to know, but please don't go out of your way to find out, as if I'm honest, I really don't have the time for yet another project.
But, it would still be rather fab to have a 1.9TD torsen-centre-diff 4x4 BX estate. Espectially if it is a non-sunroof model, as then I'll actually fit in it.
Would be quite a fantastic tow car too, and I seem to be doing a lot of towing at the moment.
