I thought I would share a few pics of one of our old BX's. This one was my favourite and is the only one I have pictures of. We had it a few years back now and I loved it, however my dad didn't have the same view on the car as me so it was basically run into the ground and scrapped
Once I can drive I intend to run my mk2 Golf for a year or two and then buy a BX or two!
Here are a few pics I do have some others that I will post later as they are on my other computer
Later I will post pics of the interior.
Thanks

If I was you i'd stick with the mk2 golf but then I'm biased.
The mk2 golf is actually being recognized as a classic at last ,
well at least they have just done a buyers guide on the GTi in this months practical classics

Yeah I am pretty sure they are the p2 16v bumpers, but we didn't fit that one of the previous owners.
My mk2 isn't a GTi mainly because I can't afford the insurance. It is a 1984 1.3C Golf. Here is a pic.

I recognise that silver TZD! The Bushy's stickers just confirmed it.
You were camping at Peel camp site during the Manx Grand Prix in 2005! I was there in my white Phase 1 16 valve with black bonnet and some mates had come over to stay in another white Phase 1 16 valve and a black TZD Turbo!
Good Times

We certainly were camping at Peel during the Manx 2005 and I remember seeing some other BX's and I wanted to come over and have a look at them but I was only 10 at the time and my dad wasnt interested in BX's at all
Anyway here is a pic of out by the tent with two of yours visible behind. If I remember rightly the one on the left was Manx registered

I know the BX is a light car but does it need guy ropes to secure it!

That was my dad and friend having a laugh saying it was that windy it was gonna whip the car and tent away lol. Good times.
As you can see from the tent it was quite windy and as Jayboy can tell you it can get really windy on that campsite!!
