I guess so, but I do think we'll work with the ZX we have - which, after all will be 20 yrs old in 2015. But who knows? I love BXs

Re: Tour du Coeur Classic Challenge *NOW 2015*
I know it's still about 19 months away...... There has only been interest from people in this club and other Citroen clubs. I am not aware of anyone planning to do it in a Pug or Renault - or anything more exotic.
Is there anyone you know who doesn't have a BX who might want to bring an old French car along?

Kitch has very kindly handed over the reigns of "the estate" to me after it made it to the NEC but didnt want to go much further. So its now at Leech towers being slowly improved to "my standard".

Re: Tour du Coeur Classic Challenge *NOW 2015*
Well there are some nice Hotels as alternatives to camping - some I am tempted to stay at myself, they look so cool.
And the campsites are OK too - especially considering it'll be early summer, warm enough with long days but before the holiday rush.
Another picture: (PS If anyone has a nice picture of the 2013 Ecosse they'd like doing in the same way, let me have it).

Re: Tour du Coeur Classic Challenge *NOW 2015*
Depends how much you want to spend - and how long you want to spend putting it up... But there are some nice easy-to-erect pop-up style tents that are a lot better thought out than the usual £24.99 rubbish (as you'd imagine!)...
I was considering this: http://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/NEW-SLUMIT-GO ... 1329364755" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Re: Tour du Coeur Classic Challenge *NOW 2015*
I spent £100 on my Coleman 'Cobra' back in 1999. Seemed expensive at the time, but it's still in perfectly serviceable condition and I hope to get many more years service out of it. It must be one of the easiest tents to erect, the inner tent can be up in under two minute. Personally I wouldn't bother with cheap pop-up tents. They're incredibly low quality and if,going by any of the 'performances' I've witnessed, an absolute faff to put away.

So long as it's under 16 days, you can always take one back to Argos when you've finished the holiday...

Re: Tour du Coeur Classic Challenge *NOW 2015*
I remember buying a suit for my friends wedding reception and taking it back the following week. Just about managed to get the beer stains out of it first.
