One day this has to be done. Instead arguing with officials. I hope Heaven has no officials. Life would be great if you could be left alone by idiots 'in charge'. Yokels and Guinness damp folk I can handle with humour. Holiday well and enjoy the freedom of the road.

This morning we went down to Dursey island, then explored some more of the Ring of Beara before eading up to Clonmel where we've met up with the CCC All Ireland Rally for the weekend. The camp site we're at is up the top of a mountain road - great fun, the roads keep getting better!

Currently sat in the bar on site in front of the fire, listening to Irish music.

Filled Timex with fuel and worked out the consumption - 60mpg!!!! Then disgraced itself by the wiring to the driver's window failing, so that's one more thing on the growing list of jobs.

Yes, a good weekend overall, only marred by growing electrical issues with Timex (posted elsewhere)! Spent an enjoyable time yesterday morning looking around the Clonmel Transport Museum (small, but some nice (non Citroen) cars, and rammed full of old signs and posters). The afternoon was then spent chilling at the camp site before the very good meal mentioned by Chris.

This morning was the convoy run, with cars ranging from a small boot Traction, through DS, Dyane, CX, GS, BX (of course), ZX, XM and C6! More great views, and a quick coffee stop before returning for the late lunch we're having now. Next stop, Lady's Island near Rosselare, which marks the end of the tour as we part ways tomorrow.

More prizes for the BXC crew! Chris won the award for furthest distance travelled, and guess who won 'Car With Most Potential'? - yep, Timex does it again!!!

Really sorry I couldn't make it in the end- it clashed with some family being over from the states for the 1st time in 3 years. It was a long shot imagining I could meet with you. I have to say I'm jealous looking at that pic in the car park at Clonmel.

After a little while ( 2 or 3 days ) when the white BX didn't want to run easily , she suddently came to run perfectly some Km before leaving the green land
Maybe due to some special works witch have been done by some very strange people ,God thanks at least BX was sorted … :!:
=D> to each one who had [-o< for her ( I'm sure there is some of you who did it  )
Pics will arrive when I reach my main computer and not one on the road like this one
