It was fookin awful!!!!!!!!!!!

That's about 7.6% abv but Marstons best offering (tastewise) is really Pedigree.

Mind you, Old Tom (Robinsons) is a different matter, a great drink and really will put hairs on your chest at 8.5% abv! :D

Pedigree is ok if it's on tap in a pub that knows how to keep beer.
I've had some truely awful pints of Ped over the years.

Blandofrd Fly is still my current fave, although I rarely drink at all these days..

Sad really.
Smokes lots, because enough's enough already!

Far too many BX's, a bus, an ambulance a few trucks, not enough time and never enough cash...

Blandford Fly is that quite aromatic/almost herby ale right? If so, that's one Badger ale I don't like!
I agree with you on the pub-Pedigree stakes. Old Empire is lovely, nearly a proper IPA!
