Tidy car, must be one of the last with the single spoke steering wheel. The first thing to do would be to change those trims for some nice Citroen ones. Those tail lights look after market to me but it might be the light.

Looks like a good car to me.

You can't get aftermarket rear lamps for a BX, they're just green tint ones.

Not totally sure, but think the TZD did have a single spoke rim, right until the last ones.

I presumed it had the 3 spoke for 1992 and 1993 seeing as the TXD does, and the TZD is higher spec. If I'm not mistaken the 3 spoke was originally used as the "sporty" wheel (quite similar to that used in the ZX Volcane) and was later used as standard on TX and TZ models.

I might be wrong ...

That car looks silver to me too but it's listed as grey. If someone on here buys it be sure to post about it.

I think your right Kitch, I think the 92 K reg examples onwards had the 16v wheel (hatch).

Both of my K platers have the multi spoke, only my H reg gti has the single spoke. I think i prefer the single spoke, makes it feel & look like a proper citroen.....

I'd like to prefer the single spoke, for the same reason. But I found that with the single spoke (on my K plate estate) that my hands had to grip the wheel that little bit tighter, and caused slight ache on long journeys. I like to have something to rest my thumbs on!

(If anybody wants a good single spoke wheel I have one - available for a BXagon donation.)

Yes, it certainly does! :D I'll bet though it's not gassed and will need the conversion before it becomes 8) again. :)

However Boxwolf, if the aircon is working that could be it's clutch you are hearing clicking in and out and the drips could be condensate from the system.

I didnt see the drips for myself, my dad reported something black had dripped down. Does the aircon clutch sound just like the hydro pump? it seemed to make a couple different noises but the one I was listening for was the 'chirp' made by the pump. It is possible, if the aircon clutch makes a very similar noise, I could have mistaken it

... and walked away from a near perfect bx?

Be careful not to buy that car (in your mind) before you've bought it, if you know what I mean.
