Nice in black. Probably worth reviving!

Looks good, nice gravel drive too! Nothing about the mechanical condition but I suppose if you're really interested there's the phone number. Few too many interior shots really, though an extra one of the rear arm rest would be nice :D

Bear in mind, unless I'm mistaken, the first pics with it looking all sparkly and nice were taken before it was put away five years ago...

And it's needing a 16v backbox/tail pipe.

Bit of polish and some elbow grease should get it gleaming again :) .

It is tempting...

Oooh... I say, that looks tidy.

Probably (okay, definitely) needs a bit doing to get it roadworthy again though. That really need to be bought by one of us. I couldn't stand to see another black one disappear. 9 days to go... Might have to go and have a look at it.

Although, having said that, I'm going to look at a 16v next weekend anyway... and that one is ready to drive away :)

9 days left so can't really judge it at the momemt but think i will stick a bid in nearer the time. Haven't had a valver for nearly 2 years now (last one was silver with black leather) - i think it's time for another :D

Thanks for that - very kind! :) i agree, lets save it - i can't stand seeing perfectly saveable valvers being wasted on pug projects.

This is my first posting on the site so just to let you all know I am the one bidding on this BX. I had one about 5 years ago and miss it still now, so H 655 TEP where are you now?
If I am successful I can assure you all it wont be stripped down to benefit a Pug conversion.
So. fingers crossed and see how we go. :D

Polish and elbow grease aren't going to get that MOT'd though are they? I'd rather have a dirty but useable car than a highly polished, un-useable pile of rust on my drive.

I have to agree, the polishing bit would be pretty low down on the list of 'to do's' for that. If it was thoroughly sorted, it would be very appealling in shining black. 8)
