That may prove hard to find matey, you will need to find one from either a TXS/D or a meteor/athena as TZ's had rear speakers.

Or paint up a grey one? Never tried it, but it seems one way to go.

Whats the problem with the speaker hole?

Just replace both without the speakers behind, the grills look fine.
thats what I have in mine.
