I wonder if any of these were actually made? It looks great I think - going back to the better days for Heuliez. They went into receivership last year but I think they were saved by an Indian investor and apparently they're venturing into the electric car market next!

Nice picture Todd, just had a look at the BX World website. Interesting. I spend some time in France,(or will be) as my good friend Dominic Raffo has moved there. I saved a TZD Estate on Ebay and did everything on it for him,and it is now on French plates and living in Cognac!! As my ancestry is also French(which is why I feel 'at home'there),I want to trace my family tree over there.I have got as far as I can here in the UK,and have to go over the stream as it were to do the rest. My wife wants to arrange my 65th party at my friends next year,so another excuse to go!!Geoff

On the subject of Heuliez, I really like this interior...

Even got A/C as well! 8) I'm not too sure about the wood effect panels, but the rest looks great. That is the Buffalo special edition by Heuliez, from this translated link.

I think I mentioned it before but Remy and Co. found one of those Heuliez Buffalos in a French scrapyard and bought the interior for 60 quid I think. Later another one was found for sale on the street near Strasbourg and also purchased - this one, I believe, is still rolling around though the leather is quite distressed - it belonged to a regional Citroen boss.

Wow, those look very nice! I'm guessing they are two seaters and the back is used like a van?

I agree with mat, that interior looks fantastic but not too keen on the wood effect.

As some may already be aware, the BX I now own has the equivalent of those tan seats in grey leather - though they have nothing to do with Heuliez or the BX Buffalo.

They turned up on ebay after being removed from a BX that had been written off or reached the end of its natural life - I don't remember which.

The owner of this car wanted leather seats for a TGD or similar bought new , but Citroen didn't offer leather seats as an option for that model. He bought the car as supplied, took it to a trimmer, and asked him to make up leather seats using the originals as a pattern.

Either the budget didn't stretch to doorcards, or he did he didn't see the need.
Back on two wheels and pedal power for the moment.
