I've seen that done too, and thought it looked bloody awful.

I've seen an Olympic blue BX with the 205 1.9 alloys, and I thought it looked, well, weird. I'm not sure if that was mainly down to the shape of the alloys, or the fact they were painted metallic purple...

Inclined to agree - hate the 1.9 alloys but love the 1.6 wheels as fitted to retrorides car!
