BX Radiator 1.9D

Hi all,

just another question re the replacement of the rad on my non turbo BX diesel.
I have just been to scrappies but they havnt got one in stock and i have seen a Valeo one on eBay with a reference 883774 as a part no.
Would any of the forum experts know if this part no would be suitable for a 93 BX?

Nope, that would appear to be the petrol engine radiator (other than 16valve)

thanks for that bud, however i was told a 1.6/1.9 petrol one would do, is that the case?

i am trying to sell my Jreg BX 1.9D ESTATE at the mo which has a good rad, check it out in FOR SALES AND WANTED's on this forum,

i only want 50 squid

and im in east sussex

Hi Malcolm,

dont want the entire motor, just the rad, havnt got anywhere to put the rest of it.

its not worth it as i dont think a new one from GSF is a huge amount of dosh,

probably cheaper than a re/core
