Mmm. So, as you say the mileage has dropped. This would make me deeply suspicious. The previous ad mentioned all the books and paperwork, so there might be some proof there of the mileage. The last MOT might provide a clue.
And nothing else has been done (Tax/MOT the same), although there's no mention of the 2" hole in the driver's seat - so maybe that's been repaired?
If it sells for this, that's a tidy profit, considering it sold for £260 in November. A tad optimistic though.

Yeah well that's exactly the same situation I had with a car I bought from this guy. But when I went to collect it, it seems this guy is just not so good with listings. I even contacted the previous owner to prove my suspicions, but the previous owner confirmed everything was in order.
All this is assuming it's the same seller I bought from, but I think so.

I know where theres a semi complete ST Tropez being broken!oilman wrote:I have spoken to the seller (dealer) who said that he purchased it from another dealer. No mention of the mileage discrepancy, but he did tell me that the seat bolster needs repairing and that both rear wings have rust on them.

His business is listed as being in Fulwood, not sure if the car is actually there at the moment. He said he may take a small drop but i think it would still be too expensive. And i am miles and miles away!!Hurricane wrote:I know where this car is I think, close by me, is it worth that or is it silly money?
