Is that just a very extreme way of dealing with the usual A post rot?!

Madness. I love it. Rather than fit hydraulic suspension to your modified car, modify a car that's already got 'trick' suspension! (though I reckon it would have been more fun to use a 17RD as the base car...)

I'd rather like a go in the FG's though, they are things of beauty, although the petrol's rock all over the rather horrid 2.2 diesels..

Ahh, no mate this little fella! is the one!

The decker would have a Gardenr 6LX unit, so 10.45 litres.
DVLA make that mistake a lot!
My old coach had the same engine and DVLA insisted it was 650cc!!

They wouldn't be told either!

This guy had a similar problem - he re-engined his SD1 with a 27 litre tank engine and the DVLA are insistant it's 'only' 2.7 litres!
